Horizon Eye Care provides comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages, including eye exams for glasses and contact lenses, medical and surgical treatment of cataracts, glaucoma, diabetes, retinal disorders and dry eye disease.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday by appointment. We make every effort to accommodate unscheduled patients however, it is recommended you call to schedule an appointment when possible.

Our practice participates with all major insurances and HMO’s, however it is recommended that you call to verify that we participate with your specific health plan. We also accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard.
